Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner has the energy that teenagers have and the knowledge to be an intelligent woman. She's the ultimate example of today's women who are able to do all. She's an actor, author health guru talk show host, producer, entrepreneur, director, dancer, comedian model and, most importantly, wife and mom! There's a reason why she's been given the name Perpetual Motion. Marilu's approach to health is visible throughout her entire existence. She's a firm believer that good health will allow people to accomplish anything. Not always. When she was a teen, she would be a frequent yo-yo eater watching her weight balloon way higher. She indulged in emotional foods and was sick all the times. She was aware that, when her parents were dying in their forties, her mother of issues related to arthritis, as well as her father of a cardiac arrest--that she needed to remain vigilant about her overall health. This wasn't about losing weight it was about health, and finding a way to live that maximized the way our bodies were designed to work. This group of improv as well as a sketch troupe is known for its improvisations and sketches.
